Connecting to a CarreraVault vault

Sync Carrera3D with a CarreraVault vault for checkout/checkin.

CarreraVault is the PDM vault that pairs with Carrera3D. The sync happens from inside the CAD app, not through a web upload form.

  1. Open Carrera3D’s vault settings and point it at your CarreraVault server.
  2. Sign in — CarreraVault supports SSO via GitHub, Google, or Microsoft.
  3. Check out a part to edit it, check it back in when you’re done. CarreraVault tracks the revision and makes it visible to reviewers.
